Submitting a request is easy!
Go to the https://advancedigital.zendesk.com website (you're already here!) and click on the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page - all the way up there.
You do not have to be registered or even logged in to submit something to us (but you do have to be an Advance Publications employee).
Fill out the form (hint: there are some required fields) and then submit.
In the form, let us know if the request is an Incident (these used to be called troublereports), a Service Request (these used to be called support requests), PC Helpdesk for touble with your workstation, or an Equipment Request (ADI and MassLive.com employees only for these last two, please).
If you give your ticket an "Urgent" Priority, someone will be paged so please use good judgement!
